Keyence VHX 7000 Digital Stereo Microscope

Podravska Region

The Keyence VHX 7000 digital stereo microscope enables synchronous monitoring of changes in the surface of the material with other involved systems during testing under load with two flexible cameras up to 200x magnification, while 6000x magnification can be viewed on a stationary tripod.
Samples are inspected on a stationary tripod with x-y 100 mm x 100 mm motorized coordinate table and rotating head for automatic change of magnification with lenses from 0.1 to 6000x magnification and polarization and DIC filters. The +/- 30 ° tilt stand is equipped with a micro-position motor for automatic focusing in the z-direction. Marking the change in the inclination of the plane from 0.1 ′. The sets of depth-scanned images are captured by digital microscope cameras with a resolution of 4M or the equivalent of 4025 x 3036 pixels and a recording speed of 50 Hz. The cameras allow you to monitor two surfaces at the same time and record videos with a resolution of up to 2048 x 1536 pixels, with a maximum single video duration of 1 h 45 min.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia,  Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund.
